Edgefield Concerts on the Lawn typically host a lot of people, so we are currently working with each artist and their representatives on the best course of action. Given the state of the live music industry and the world, this process can take some time. Hold on to your tickets until you hear specific details on your show. All current tickets will be honored on the rescheduled performance dates.

If a show is postponed, rescheduled or canceled, customers (including Passporters with tickets) will receive an email with available options and relevant information. For any rescheduled shows, your existing 2024 tickets will be honored at the new date and no further action is necessary.

Exchange your tickets to be used for an equal number of tickets to a future Edgefield concert or
Exchange your tickets for an equal value McMenamins Gift Card. Can be used at any McMenamins Hotel, Pub or online store.

*Please note that receiving a “Thank You” after filling out the exchange form will be your confirmation that a gift card has been requested in lieu of a refund. You should expect to receive your gift card in the mail 30 days following your request. This is to allow ample time for all out patrons to choose an alternate exchange option. We appreciate your patience and support during this time of uncertainty.

If the show you have tickets for has been CANCELED:

You will receive an email notification if the show you currently have tickets for is not being rescheduled.
If you’d like to continue supporting Edgefield Summer Concerts during these uncertain times, you will have 10 days to complete the exchange form attached to your cancellation email.
